About Tricia Traugott

WHY Tricia? Experience! Responsiveness! Professionalism! Negotiator! Service!

First! YOU: It is all about YOU! Let me know how I can best serve you today, call or text me at 434-882-0824

I LOVE seeing others fall in LOVE with VIRGINIA! As an Army brat, I have moved too many times to count! My husband, Bob, served in the U.S. Navy and experienced military and corporate moves. Together, we both have traveled extensively. Given anywhere to live, we chose Charlottesville and would do it again!

MY GOAL: To communicate well and promptly, serve our clients with a smile and have some fun in the process. I derive the greatest satisfaction when I have met and exceeded your expectations. My favorite compliment is when a client sees their home online and they comment: "Why are we moving? Our home looks amazing! I'd buy this house all over again! "

MY EXPERIENCE: I have been a consistent Top Producer and team together with Real Estate III to provide a superior level of informed, professional real estate services and attentiveness to buyers and sellers in the Charlottesville, Albemarle county, Keswick, Greene county, Crozet and the Wintergreen area of Virginia. I have assisted retirees, graduate students, first time home buyers and families find homes in surrounding counties such as Fluvanna, Nelson and Louisa. I have sold and helped buyers purchase luxury homes and secondary vacation properties. I can guide you through the process of establishing the best price to offer for a home, find a reputable mortgage company, and walk you through the sequence of purchasing a home. I  can also assist Sellers with personalized staging of your home to maximize its value. I have extensive experience with Charlottesville New Construction, Luxury Real Estate, Military Relocation, Corporate Relocation and Residential Real Estate.

SPARE TIME? Haha! Actually, I volunteer with promoting Pickleball with USA Pickleball, and actively support Big Brothers/ Big Sisters, Alzheimers Association

Foothills Child Advocacy, Martha Jefferson Hospital Foundation, and UVA Breast Cancer
